All our garments are made with love and care. Many of them are made to order or in small batches, so slight variations between items may occur. If you have any questions or are interested in a custom order, feel free to contact us before making your purchase.
💳 Orders & Payments
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other available methods. We do not store your payment information.
Your order is not confirmed until payment has been completed. If there’s any issue with stock, embroidery, or materials, we’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible.
🚚 Shipping
Orders are shipped from a small town near Barcelona to different parts of the world. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and whether the item is custom-made. We always aim to meet our estimated timelines, but delays beyond our control (couriers, customs, etc.) may occur.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
🔄 Exchanges & Returns
Since most of our items are handmade and often personalized, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part. If something’s wrong with your order, please contact us — we’ll make it right.
