At Red Horizon Embroidery, we take great care with every order — from the first stitch to the moment it arrives at your doorstep. Here's how we handle shipping, how long it takes, and what you should know.
🧵 Order Preparation
All garments are made to order, so we need a bit of time to prepare each one with love and attention:

Standard embroidered sweatshirts: approximately 3 weeks for production.

Custom or made-to-measure orders: production time may vary and will be arranged with you via email or direct message.
🌍 National & International Shipping
We currently ship within Spain and worldwide.

Spain (Mainland & Balearic Islands): estimated delivery 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Europe: estimated delivery 5–10 business days.

Rest of the world: estimated delivery 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Please note these are estimated timeframes and may be affected by holidays, weather, or shipping delays beyond our control.
