All products are made to order. Preparation time is approximately 3 weeks for standard embroidered sweatshirts.
- Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): 2–5 business days after shipping
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is on its way. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For orders outside the EU, customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
🔄 Returns
You have 30 days from receipt to request a return. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Customized products are not eligible for return.
- 14-day cooling-off period for EU customers (Directive 2011/83/EU).
